Step 3: Package and Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address

Please pack items securely in their original packaging whenever possible.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after processing
Refund Information
Refund Method & Timing

Exchange Shipping
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item using the same shipping method as your original order. Expedited shipping upgrades are available at additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Balls (opened packages)
- Grips (once removed from packaging)
- Strings (custom stringing services)
- Personalized or custom-made equipment
- Items showing signs of use or wear
Damaged or Defective Items
